FIFA U17 Women World Cup 3rd Placed And Final Match Results After USA And Korea Smiled Home

          Champions have emerged in the ongoing FIFA U17 Women World in Dominican Republic. USA Women's Team have claimed the Bronze Medal Award for finishing 3rd while defending Champions Spain did their bit but could not defend title.

USA's Kennedy Fuller scored her 4th goal of the tournament in their 3rd placed final game against England Women. The American striker scored after 25 minutes on the watch to put the Americans in the lead. Second half strike by McCammon in the 73rd minute doubled the Americans lead as England began to operate under pressure. USA sealed their 3rd placed victory in stoppage time through Padelski's finish to secure the Bronze Medal in style as England failed to score a single goal.    

Defending Champions Spain lived up to the hype in the final game of the competition against Korea DPR Women. The highly tactical game produced a barren result in the first half with both sides exhibiting their fantastic football techniques. 









Spain's Segura broke the deadlock in the 62nd minutes to put Spain in the lead but just 5 minutes later Jon equalised for Korea DPR Women to make the final game 1-1. Both sides played well as expected but the game ended in 1 all draw at regulation time, bringing defending Champions Spain to the reality of having to settle for a penalty shootout.Spain missed their second and third penalty kicks while Korea Women missed only their second kick. The game ended 4-3 in favor of Korea DPR Women who played fantastic tactical football all through the Tournament. The Asian side are the new champions of the world at the U17 category, claiming their 3rd title as the most successful Team over Defending Champions Spain.   The Government of Equatorial Guinea has restricted its citizens from downloading and sharing multimedia files using mobile data on WhatsApp. This decision was followed by the guidelines that the country’s government gave to telecommunications operators when it urged them to implement measures to restrict access to inappropriate content.
